Pragmatics Profile Survey

10/10/2023

The Pragmatics Profile for People who use AAC is our most popular resource, with hundreds of AAC professionals downloading it every month. The original Pragmatics Profile of Everyday Communication Skills in Children was written by Hazel Dewart and Susie Summers. It was adapted by Ace Centre colleagues Suzanne Martin, Katherine Small and Rachel Stevens in 2017 to make it more appropriate for people who use AAC. The Profile allows clinicians to collect information about a person’s reasons for communicating and their ability to participate in interactions.

We are looking to update the format(s) in which it is offered to give clinicians more ease and flexibility in accessing and using it. We want to make an informed decision and need your help!

If use the Pragmatics Profile for People who use AAC we would appreciate it if you could take a moment to fill in this short survey.
