A big thank you to our ACE fundraisers!

The work we do would not be possible without the generous support of individuals, private & voluntary sector organisations, and charitable foundations & trusts.

Recent supporters include:

Claire Shepherd, family & friends

Claire completes English Half Marathon

despite describing herself as not being a natural runner, Claire laced up her trainers and completed the 7th English Half Marathon in aid of ACE Centre.  Our thanks to her, and her friends and family who helped her raise more than 400% of her fundraising target?!  ACE indeed!

Katy Lysley, family & friends

Katy and her dad

Katy ran London Marathon 2015 to raise funds for ACE Centre in memory of her father, Andrew Lysley, who was one of the Charity’s founding members.  Not only did Katy complete the marathon course in well under 5 hours – but, thanks to her amazing efforts and the generous support of her friends, family and local community, she far exceeded her fundraising target!

ACE Centre is delighted to be one of four charities that the Mayor of Oldham, Councillor Ateeque Ur-Rehman, has chosen to support in his year of office.  A series of events are being held throughout the year to put the FUN in fundraising – including the first ever Mayor’s Mile, held on Sunday 20th September 2015.  Our thanks to everyone who helped to make this milestone event such a success!
